Youth Leadership Training: Building Tomorrow's Leaders

Investing in youth leadership is investing in the future. Our comprehensive youth leadership training program has been transforming young people across Rwanda into effective leaders and change-makers.
Program Overview
The youth leadership training program is a six-month intensive course that combines theoretical learning with practical application. Participants learn essential leadership skills including communication, conflict resolution, project management, and community organizing.

Impact and Results
Since its inception, the program has trained over 500 young leaders across all five provinces of Rwanda. The impact has been significant:

- 50+ youth-led organizations established
- 85% of participants report increased confidence
- 90% continue to engage in community leadership
